Description

Trio’s surface is highly susceptible to electrical storms, thus the native trio items have built great underwater cities. The deeper the safer, and while the Triovar are much more resistant to high underwater pressures than humans, they still require sturdy habitats to keep them safe.

The storms make atmospheric entry to Trio quite hectic and potentially dangerous. Atmospheric vehicles need to be specially equipped with static dampeners to withstand the entry. If they don’t have the dampeners a special computer or engineering roll must be made to resist a data attack from the storm (anywhere between strength -4 to +4. Roll 4df to determine).
